What is the Digital Skills Academy?
The Digital Skills Academy is designed for women who are ready to build digital skills, strengthen their career strategy, and take the next step toward higher-quality job opportunities and increased income. This includes those who are unemployed, underemployed, or looking to transition into a better role.
Who is this program for?
The Digital Skills Academy supports women at different stages. Whether you’re building confidence and basic skills, preparing for a job transition, or working toward more advanced training, there is a pathway designed to meet you where you are.
What does the application process look like?
Applicants complete an application, pre-assessment, and short interview with our team. This helps us understand your goals and determine the best track for you.
Which track is right for me?
We offer multiple pathways based on your goals:
Career Path is for women who are ready to work, transition into a new role, or increase their income
Certificate-bearing programming is designed for participants who are ready for more advanced, technical training and typically requires completion of Career Path or similar experience
Foundational is for those who want to build confidence and basic skills before moving into Career Path
Does it cost anything to participate?
No. The Digital Skills Academy is offered at no cost to selected participants, made possible through the support of our funders and collaborators who are committed to expanding access to opportunity.
What will I gain from this program?
You’ll gain practical digital skills in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI, along with support for resumes, interviewing, and planning your next step, and a community of support with 370+ women. By the end of the program, you’ll have a clearer sense of what you want to do next and the skills to move forward.
